Training and support required
Half- and one-day Introduction courses tailored by title and job role. Support and “super-user” training. Onsite support as software installed.

The client needed to migrate all Art and Editorial staff from QuarkXPress to InDesign.
Due to the time constraints on a national newspaper short, intensive courses were created to get the users up and running on key features as quickly as possible backed up by tailored documentation.
In additon Support and “super-users” were given additional training to increase their expertise and be able to assist other users making the transition.

Training took place across multiple sites, at time concurrently and in the evening and weekends as required.
Dedicated courses were created for each role and tailored further for each title using client’s own documents and templates to ensure training was as focussed and effective as possible.

Following the initial training we provided email/telephone support as well as returning for follow-up/sdvanced level courses.
